Shipping Policy

It is Roar Tech Nutrition Team’s mission to have domestic orders packed and sent to the customer on the same business day.

For international orders, our team endeavours to ship orders as soon as possible and adhere to the time schedule we have pre-agreed with our customers.

We do not use the same courier for all deliveries – a variety of companies are used based on how fast they can deliver the products to our customers.

Shipping & Handling Costs

A) Our shipping and handling fee is a flat $8.00 Australia wide or FREE DELIVERY on orders over $150.00

B) Ordering & Delivery

When your order is placed with Roar Tech Nutrition

1. You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed (on the first available business day Mon-Fri).

2. When goods are dispatched from our facility you shall receive an email confirming your order has been successfully shipped.

3. We always endeavour to pack products in a way that minimises damage during transport.

4. Products ordered prior to 2:00pm Eastern Australia time (Daylight Saving time when appropriate) shall be dispatched, on the same business day (Domestic Customers Only).

As a tip for the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend noting a physical street address as opposed to a PO Box when ordering (PO Box deliveries often need to be dispatched via road freight due to Australia Posts freight limitations).
